BIOGRAPHY<\/strong>

I am a Life Explorer who has turned personal trials into shared wisdom. My journey began with the loss of my father at a young age, an experience that drove me to seek male role models and deeply explore what it means to be a man in today’s world.I have forged my character through:

Adventure and natural boundaries<\/strong>: Climbing, mountaineering, and canyoning in the French and Italian Alps; rafting and kayaking in the wild waters of Sweden and Norway.

Ancestral wisdom<\/strong>: Ethnobotanical expeditions in North Africa, Northeast Asia, India, and New Zealand, connecting with ancient knowledge.–<\/strong>

Sustainable living:<\/strong> Since 2012, I have lived off-grid on a permacultural family estate, learning directly from the land.

Personal growth: <\/strong>Thousands of hours in alternative therapies, retreats, and conferences that have expanded my consciousness and capabilities.

Conscious fatherhood:<\/strong> Through divorce and co-parenting, I have rediscovered the true meaning of family and fatherhood.
